Monthly home sales were down 4.54% with 5978 homes reported sold.  The median number of days on the market was 30, that’s up 11.11% from the previous year.

The number of homes on the market increased 9.52% to a 2.3 month supply. That’s great news for the Dallas Texas housing market as that can lower competition and help slow the rapidly increasing values.

The bad news is that only 6755 new listings went on the market which is down 7.72%.
