We are excited to announce our 2017 Fall Cause. Service First Mortgage is again partnering with Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), a non-profit which supports the family and friends of police officers who have died in the line of duty. In recognition of the tremendous sacrifices that all of our heroes in blue make to protect our communities, we will be offering a $595 discount on lender fees for police officers during this promotion. In order to receive the discount, a complete application must be received between November 15 and December 31.

We will also be raising donations for COPS to in order to provide meaningful help to those whose loved ones died making the ultimate sacrifice. Our goal is to raise money to provide hope and support to these families and loved ones.

Here are some ways you as a Realtor or small business owner can help make this program a success and spread goodwill to your clients:

Let me know if you would like a co-branded flyer with your picture and logo. I will prepare it for you and email you the flyer.

•Make a video about the promotion and share it on your social media.
•Invite every police officer you know to take advantage of this discount opportunity and share this information on social media and by word of mouth.
•Visit your local police station with a small gift such as a box of donuts and a flyer advertising the promotion.
•Invite your friends and family to give to Service First’s donation efforts in support of COPS.
•Have fun with this! We can partner to organize a bake sale, fitness challenge or other creative ways to raise money for COPS to support the Fall Cause as a team.
•Rally other business connections who want to make an impact too. Your local taco joint, yoga studio or bakery may be willing to donate services in support of this fundraiser.
•Add a Realtor credit or donation with each closed transaction to demonstrate your commitment.
